1. Limit of 1000 tickets to be sold 2. All Tickets will be available for purchase ONLINE and IN PERSON 3. Tickets are $100 4. By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm(s) won, have the intention of using the firearm(s) only legally and safely, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearm(s) 5. A ticket will be drawn for each day from December 1st through December 25th 6. A specific gun is assigned to each day of the drawing. The winner on a particular day wins the gun or guns assigned to that particular day. 7. A schedule of guns and dates will be posted before the December 1st drawing. 8. Winning tickets drawn will be re-entered into the drawing. 9. Each ticket represents an opportunity to win twenty-eight (28) guns. 10. A double gun prize will occur on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! 11. All firearms won are subject to availability and Silver Dollar Gun and Pawn reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value. 12. Winners and firearm won will be posted on The Invictus Project Facebook Page and Instagram and the winner will be notified by email or phone. 13. Proceeds of the “25 Days of Christmas Raffle” benefit The Invictus Project, in efforts to combat child exploitation and trafficking. 14. You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a ticket. 15. Winners will be notified, using the name, phone number, and/or email address, that the purchaser has requested on the website. If no name is requested then it is assumed to be the name of the purchaser. If the Invictus Project is unable to contact the winner it is the sole responsibility of the winning ticket holder to contact The Invictus Project or Silver Dollar Gun and Pawn to claim his/her prize. 16. Prizes are not transferable; the person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED, AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED DATE THE TICKET IS DRAWN. 17. The raffle is void where prohibited 18. All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) rules apply. 19. All firearm transfers will be administered through Silver Dollar Gun & Pawn , 6787 Jordan Rd, Ramseur, NC 27316, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the state laws for the legal residence of the winning ticket holder.In the event winners need or wish to have the firearm(s) won transferred to their local FFL dealer closer to their residence, shipping and any other additional costs involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of the winner and arrangements must be made directly with Silver Dollar Gun & Pawn, 6787 Jordan Rd, Ramseur, NC 27316. 18. Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the firearm(s) won is legal in their state, city or town, prior to taking possession of won prize(s). 20. At no time will The Invictus Project take possession of any of the firearms involved in this raffle; winners will receive firearms directly from Silver Dollar Gun & Pawn , 6787. Jordan Rd, Ramseur, NC 27316; all applicable laws will apply. 21. The Invictus Project limits any and all liability to the purchase price of the ticket
